    8. Select the payment method you want to use.

  • How can I be sure my purchase has been completed?

    Currently, the online shop only makes shipments to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France (Metropolitan and Corsica), Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom (except Channel Islands) and Czech Republic.
  • When making a purchase is the stock always guaranteed?

    Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, ENT_NAME has no control over any costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact value of these rates.

    If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs before placing your order to obtain information about customs charges and their applicability.
  • What happens if the item I purchased sold out between the date of purchase and processing?

    We do not currently accept returns in stores, only through the online store.

    To make a return order, you must:
    • Log in to your account;
    • Go to the "My Orders" section;
    • Select the respective order;
    • Click Return / Exchange and follow the steps indicated.


    Your refund will be processed on the following days using the payment method used.
  • How to apply a promotional code?

    The refund will be processed after receipt of the returned items and their evaluation by the Quality Department, in the same payment method used when purchasing.

    Returns on ENT_NAME Online are always free.

    Portugal and Spain: Free return by collection at home.

    For home pick-ups, it is not possible to provide a fixed schedule.

    Thus, these collections imply an availability on the part of the client to be present at the indicated address between 09:00 and 19:00.

    This collection is free only for the first appointment.

    If it is found that the collection was not successful due to the absence of the customer, the following collections will be charged to the customer (cost of € 3.00).
